Job Description:
- Maintain sales levels and contact with existing customers.
- Prospect and develop sales with new customers in existing areas of operation.
- Increase revenue by expanding sales of new products and services to existing customers.
- Maintain client list with constantly updated information.
- SELL!! SELL!! SELL!!
- Meet with selected existing customers at lease once every 2 weeks.
- Familiarize yourself with all existing equipment we service utilizing tech manuals, manufacturers info, other members of the company. Develop schedule of visits to each territory.
- Attend mandatory sales meeting every Monday @ 10 a.m.
- Turn in your call/visit work sheets at the end of each day.
- Call into the office at least twice a day to check messages.
- Return all pages. 20 minutes No Dash. 5 minutes Dash 1.
- Maintain professional appearances at all times. No tee shirts, ripped jeans, flip flops.
- Fill out complete pool profile sheet on every pool we do business with and if possible, each new pool visited. Make a copy for yourself and turn in original to the office.
- Assist with pool product deliveries and service calls.
- Scheduled work days include Saturdays during the months of April - June. Five days a week during other months.
- Work all trade shows. Some may be on weekends.
- Abide by the Companies Policy and Procedures.
- To be a loyal and supportive company representative at all times.
- This list may be amended as deemed necessary by the company.
