JOB DESCRIPTION
1) Service, renovate and maintain commercial and residential pools and
spas.
2) Installation of deck toppings and sealing systems.
3) Provide excellent customer service to all existing and any new prospective
clients.
4) Increase revenue by expanding sales of products and services to existing
customers.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1) Service, repair, renovation and maintenance of commercial and residential
pools and spas as well as the installation of deck toppings and sealing systems.
2) Be prepared to handle any product or chemical request from customers.
3) Familiarize yourself with all existing equipment we service utilizing tech
manuals, manufacturers info, other members of the company.
4) Fill out complete job ticket for each service call performed.
5) Follow up with Service Manager on all parts needed to be ordered to complete
service call.
6) Before signing out for the day, give the Service Manager a status report on
all the assigned jobs for that day.
7) Turn in all service invoices to the office manager at the end of each day.
8) Keep service vehicle clean, neat and stocked at all times.
9) Fill out and turn in your daily log sheets.
10) Keep log of maintenance on the vehicle you are driving (i.e.: oil changes,
tires, brakes).
11) Maintain professional appearance at all time. Company shirt, no ripped
jeans, flip flops.
12) Assist with product deliveries when necessary
13) Fill out complete pool profile sheet on every pool we do business with ( if
not already
on file ) and each new pool visited. Turn in to the Service Manager.
14) Scheduled work days include Saturdays during in-season months of March -
September.
Other Saturdays may be scheduled on an as needed basis pending work load. Also
weekend on call on a rotation basis throughout the year.
15) Technician is to supply his own hand tools. SEE ATTACHED LIST.
16) Obey all traffic laws, always wear a seat belt when driving.
17) Abide by the Companies Policy and Procedures.
18) Be a loyal and supportive company representative at all times.
19) This list may be amended as deemed necessary by the company.
